Job description

Job Summary The AI Platform Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and operational health of the Continental AI Platform, including Enterprise Chat, AI Gateway, Agent Orchestration, and the Connect + Data layer that links AI to core data and tools. Working under the guidance of senior IT technology leads (e.g., AI Platform Product Owner, Solution Architect / Platform Engineering Lead, Platform DevOps/SRE, Security & Data leads), the Analyst maintains configurations, manages access, monitors health and usage, and coordinates with stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities: Administers core AI platform technologies in partnership with IT infrastructure, networking, security, and principals, while retaining day‑to‑day operational ownership of Enterprise Chat, AI Gateway, Agent Orchestration and AI-adjacent admin tasks for cloud platform (AWS). Supports environment lifecycle tasks to ensure successful deployment of new versions of technology and products. Administers user and group access in line with the platform operating model.
