Description Area Business Director: Summary: The ideal candidate for this sales position at Alma Lasers will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in their assigned territory, as well as experience mentoring and coaching sales representatives to achieve record sales years. The candidate should have a talent for generating leads through cold calling and possess the ability to move customers through the sales cycle, creating and closing emotional sales opportunities. Additionally, the candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment, possess a resilient and determined attitude, and be able to handle customer objections and convert them into sales. The candidate will be responsible for performing product demos, cross-selling products, and utilizing all available resources to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives. The candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers and represent Alma Lasers at industry events.
