In this role, you will: Assist with managing aspects of the Tennessee Operations capital budget and providing engineering support for various projects across the plant site. Provide technical solutions to recurring design, process and application problems. Assist with accountability for planning and managing the site capital priorities, project portfolio, evaluating risk, and capital spending forecasts. Develop, manage, and implement capital projects. Mentor engineers across departments. Support production areas on an as-needed basis. All other tasks and duties as assigned.
