We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands-on therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist and following the physician-ordered Plan of Care, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while supporting their overall well-being. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll work autonomously in the field, communicate important updates to the care team, and ensure therapy is both safe and effective in the home environment. As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, the therapist assumes responsibility for communication of client related issues for appropriate team members or other facility/agency staff and participates in the collection and evaluation of data necessary to assess the appropriateness of care at home.
