We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IBM iSeries / Infor XA System Operator to manage and monitor our core ERP environment. This role is responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting batch processing, and ensuring backups and nightly operations are completed successfully to keep our manufacturing and business workflows running without interruption. About the Role and Your Impact - Monitor IBM i / AS400 / iSeries systems (QSYSOPR) for messages, errors, and hardware alerts - Apply program fixes (PTFs) and perform routine system maintenance - Manage job scheduler and monitor active batch jobs - Troubleshoot job failures, clear message waits (MSGW), and ensure nightly processing completes on time - Provide front-line support for the Infor XA (MAPICS) ERP environment - Configure and maintain printer queues, output queues,...
