Facilities Technician - Offsite

Position Summary: The Facilities Technician at Vertiv is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility by performing routine maintenance, equipment repairs, and building upkeep. This hands-on role ensures that all systems, machinery, and infrastructure are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems. - Respond promptly to facility-related work orders, troubleshooting issues and resolving them effectively to reduce downtime. - Assist in equipment installations, moves, and general facility modifications. - Monitor and maintain building infrastructure including restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and office space to ensure cleanliness and functionality. - Work closely with contractors and vendors during repairs or project work; escort and monitor as needed for safety and compliance. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for equipment and work performed. - Support workplace safety initiatives by identifying hazards and ensuring equipment and tools meet safety stan...
