Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for six locations across multiple states. This role is critical in ensuring our hourly and salaried workforce is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with manufacturing-specific labor regulations, such as shift differentials and overtime rules. The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now. Key Responsibilities: - Manage bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including complex calculations for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses. - Act as the primary administrator for the A DP Workforce Now (Next Gen) payroll platform, maintaining the integrity of employee data and utilizing the Time Labor Management (TLM) system. - Lead the administration of employee health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and annual open enrollment. - Ensure strict adherence to federal and state labor laws (FLSA, ACA).
