Asset Finance Portfolio Management Team Leader The Asset Finance Portfolio Management Team Leader is responsible for the P&L outcomes of the business vertical, which include the credit, documentation and portfolio management functions, with an objective of meeting or exceeding budgeted volume targets while maintaining high credit quality standards / minimizing losses and ensuring the business needs are met in an efficient and compliant manner. Requirements: - Develop and manage a team of individuals responsible for credit, portfolio management and documentation within the designated region, including assigning new credit submissions, managing workload responsibilities, ensuring portfolio compliance with all applicable regulatory and commercial credit policy guidelines, and ensuring team has necessary resources to carry out their responsibilities (such as training, head count, system access, etc.).
