Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. Candidates must have current authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Summary : Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) Loan Processors support the role of the Mortgage Underwriter. This role assembles, administers, and processes conventional, FHA, VA, and second mortgage loan applications. The Loan Processor ensures all services have been ordered properly and all required documentation has been collected and reviewed per TCU guidelines. They Review files for adherence to regulatory compliance, TCU and investor guidelines, and VA and FHA guidelines.
