We are seeking a Pre-Analytical Services Associate, Lab Services to join IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA . Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-530pm: In this role, you will assist with routine activities related to the receipt and processing of clinical specimens, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely workflow. What You’ll Be Doing: - Assist with receipt of consignments and shipments. - Open shipments and perform quality checks on patient information forms; escalate issues to senior staff. - Dispose of or recycle kit shipping supplies appropriately. - Conduct secondary checks to ensure specimens are not left in kit packaging. - Support and respond to after-hour alarms and other critical functions. - Assist with equipment maintenance and supply inventory functions. - Perform administrative duties and maintain organized work areas. - Follow safety procedures and participate in continuing education activities.
