Description SUMMARY: The Data and Systems Coordinator supports the Director of Practice Management Systems in optimizing data workflows, maintaining practice management systems, and providing data-driven insights to support organizational strategy across the agency. This role works collaboratively across departments to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and ensure data integrity and compliance. In addition to agency-wide responsibilities, this role operates in support of grant-funded and special projects, providing data coordination and systems support under the secondary direction of the assigned Grant or Project Director for the duration of those projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, capable of managing competing priorities across multiple reporting structures, and committed to supporting the organization’s mission.
