Min USD $29.44/Hr. Max: USD $45.64/Hr. Overview: Provides case coordination services for psychiatric patients of all ages and their families. Primary services include Comprehensive Psychiatric Social History, group, individual, and family counseling, and discharge planning. Facilitates the functioning of the multidisciplinary team through the provisions of specific department modalities. Location: Onsite daily in Springfield, IL Shift: Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm: Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Education:• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling or related field required. Licensure/Certification/Registry:• Licensed social worker (LSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) required.• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure preferred; but must obtain one of these licensures within two years of hire.
