Retail 12V Sales Manager 4WD Supacentre | Greenacre Everyday legends wanted. At 4WD Supacentre, we don’t just sell gear, we help customers build their next adventure. From touring setups to full 12V systems, our teams are on the frontline helping Aussies get out there and do more. We’re looking for a Retail 12V Sales Manager to lead the charge in-store and drive serious growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who backs themselves, backs their team, and knows how to turn product knowledge into sales performance. What you’ll be doing: As the Retail 12V Sales Manager, you’ll own, drive and deliver sales growth while setting the standard on the shop floor. You’ll work side by side with the Retail Sales Manager, sharing responsibility for overall store revenue while taking full ownership of your category performance. This role is about action, presence and execution. Planning happens off the floor, but success is built through strong leadership, customer conversations, coaching and closing.
