Key Responsibilities: Develop and Evaluate Methods: Design, create, and execute scientific methods to develop and optimize chemical processes for the reduction of end-of-life textile waste. Lead key development projects and innovate / identify new techniques related to purification. Conduct Laboratory Work: Support development and standardization of analytical test methods, laboratory procedures, specifications, and quality control protocols. Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing while ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with established procedures.
