Description JOB SUMMARY: The Field works with our customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our expected level of quality. This is key position in our organization and vital to our overall performance as a contractor to the builder industry. As such, the Field must be an “installer-friendly” individual and help maintain our “installer-centric” culture which is critical to our business and success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Promote a safe, injury/accident-free culture. - Provide updated status checks on the stages of home construction. - Manage relationships with key customer contacts. - Initiate corrective action to emergent issues. - Ensure installation quality is acceptable. - Primary point of contact on customer installation issues as well as accidents and mishaps on-site. - Work closely with GM, Director of Operations, Management team and other managers/supervisors to identify best practices in all functional areas.
