Job Description: YOUR MISSION: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be the owner of the accounting and tax compliance for our Polish entity. You will bridge the gap between local statutory requirements (Polish Accounting Act) and Group Accounting Policies (IFRS). Your mission is to ensure the month-end closing process is seamless, data is bulletproof, and all reporting - both internal to HQ and external to Polish authorities - is delivered with the highest precision.
