Summary: In today’s PEO sales world, an education/competence gap exists at our PEOs. After CCGL’s PEO-level consulting and PRM’s new-business risk assessments, PEOs still need to decide when to get more aggressive on the pricing of new business and when to walk away. Some PEOs are not selling enough business while missing good opportunities, and some others are selling too much business while bringing in deals that do not perform well.
