What you will be doing: . - Lead facilities and infrastructure projects typically exceeding $100K, including upgrades, installations, and lifecycle improvements to central utilities, building systems, and site infrastructure. - Develop project scopes, specifications, and Statements of Work (SOW) in alignment with facilities engineering standards, operational requirements, and project charters. - Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and contractor services in partnership with Purchasing and approved vendors. - Manage the planning, execution, installation, and commissioning of facilities systems, including centra...
