About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic leader and Head of HR to lead our HR and Recruitment functions and ensure the delivery of ‘ brilliant basics’ across all people related processes. This is a pivotal role supporting the Senior Management Team to develop and embed a HR Strategy that drives long-term, profitable growth across Tangerine Group’s divisions.
