Job Description: Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Finance & Capital Markets) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong expertise in the Finance and Capital Markets domain. The candidate will be a critical bridge between business stakeholders, domain SMEs, and the data engineering team. This role requires deep experience in data engineering, data modernization, and modern data platforms, along with the ability to drive business discussions, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions. Experience Level: - 8–12 years of total experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis roles. - Minimum 5+ years in Finance and Capital Markets domain (trading, investment banking, asset management, risk & compliance). - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Modernization initiatives with modern cloud-based data platforms.
