Director of Product Environmental Compliance

Job description

The position will be responsible for supporting product environmental compliance (PEC) and stewardship activities across a diverse, global footprint of products and operations. The most important attributes for a successful candidate in this position are: - Robust experience in product environmental compliance disciplines including materials restrictions, extended producer responsibility, regulatory reporting, circular economy, and related product documentation; - Successful track record in driving consistent best practices across a diverse range of business models, industries, and product families; - Ability to embrace ambiguity with an intent to establish structure and organization; - Strong collaborative approach to problem-solving; and - Global perspective and a strategic mindset to lead the organizational assessment and strategic plan.
