POSITION TITLE: Food Service Warehouse 12 MO DEPARTMENT: Food Service: HOURS OF WORK: 8 Hour Daily/ 247 Calendar Days Yearly STATUS: Classified – Nonexempt, Full Time POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining a complete inventory of supplies for all district building sites. This position is expected to fill orders for district building sites and assisting with the delivery of warehouse items to sites in a timely manner. This position is part of the Food Service Team and reports to Food Service Logistic Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assists drivers in meeting timetables for loading and delivery for the purpose of ensuring that all drivers can maintain their individual schedules. · Checks dates on supplies for the purpose of ensuring supplies are current. · Drives a forklift for the purpose of lifting supplies when loading or unloading deliveries. · Fills orders for food production sites for the purpose of ensuring that each site has supplies necessary for completing planned menus. · Perform other duties as assigned.
