The Opportunity: Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, the SOE Specialist supports the delivery and continual improvement of WorkCover’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and endpoint management capabilities. Working closely with the Senior SOE Engineer, you’ll help deliver a secure, reliable and consistent workplace technology experience across the organisation. This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, supporting core components of our Microsoft workplace environment. You’ll implement and maintain SOE configurations across Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune, support the Windows 11 uplift, and assist with Autopilot provisioning to ensure smooth device builds and user onboarding.
