Overview Looking to build a strong foundation in sales strategy and analytics? In your role as Sales Development Specialist I , you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support Shure’s National Account business, with a focus on one of our key accounts. You’ll play a critical role in executing go-to-market strategies, analyzing program performance, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive growth. This role is remote from California. Frequent travel within the southern California area is required. Responsibilities: - Supports management of key national and regional accounts, developing and executing a progressive business plan based on a strong understanding of our end-user needs that aligns with brand strategy. - Develops a detailed knowledge of dealer programs in regards to performance versus goal. identifies areas of concern and success, and proposes action plans to improve performance. - Works closely with the Regional Marketing and Market Development teams to increase meaningful exposure of Shure products and the Shure brand. - Owns reporting, new item setup, adminstrative functions of account management - Monitors territory p...
