Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse Coordinator PACU Location: Arlington Heights: Full Time: Hours: 8a to 5:30p M-F What you will do: Provides leadership, direction, and resource (human and material) management to assure appropriate implementation of policies and procedures for delivery of patient care, assesses the effectiveness of resources and facilitates teamwork, positive work environment and collaboration between all members of the health care team. Participates in development of the department's vision and planning. Plans, schedules and adjusts staff to meet department and hospital requirements. Assists surgical teams in achieving quality patient outcomes by managing day-to-day Operating Room (OR) operations and facilitating collaboration among the interdisciplinary team, i.e., surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical assistants, scheduling coordinators and other departments to meet the clinical care coordination needs of patients.
