Job description

As a member of the Inspire Human Resources Leadership team, the Director, Human Resources Business Partner role will work with the assigned Brand Leadership team to align People Strategies to ensure culture and team member engagement are focused on delivering an outstanding end-to-end team member experience. The Director, HRBP will lead a team of HR professionals to implement and execute these strategies at the field level. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide strategic business partnership to Brand Leadership focusing on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, culture, team member engagement and conflict management - Provide guidance and leadership to a group of HR professionals including hiring, training, performance management and development of team to meet company goals - Partner directly with Leadership, Human Resources, and Legal on recommendations to resolve inquiries, concerns, and investigations on escalated matters in line with our company values and employment law - Review Employee Relations Cases to ensure compliance and consistency; provide coaching where necessary - Design and deliver targeted solutions, incl...
