Location: CHANEL Oakridge Park Boutique (in Vancouver) Reports to: Operations Manager: Contract: Full-time and permanent position: Your role @ Chanel: As a Cashier, you will effectively perform cashier and administrative duties in support of a variety of assigned functions required for the Boutique (Front and Heart of House) and the Head Office, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. What impact you can create at Chanel: Help process transactions at Cash stations precisely and in a timely manner Ensuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked as needed Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed Always provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office Accurately document messages from clients and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner Establish and provide strong client relationships when answering the phones by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as app...
