Please read the information below carefully before applying: NOTE: This opportunity is only available to individuals who attend an affiliated institution to Innovative Hematology, Inc. and have confirmed a specific staff member at IHI to serve as their preceptor. What is an observership?: As a nationally and internationally recognized hemophilia treatment center, the organization actively supports training for professional colleagues working in related settings and observerships for students considering a career as a physician. We acknowledge that in providing training and observership experiences we must ensure a safe and confidential environment for patients, staff and invitees.
