Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines. - Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards. - Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation. - Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks. - Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed. - Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety. - Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back-office. - Follow-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturers - GWO Basic Safety Training - You have valid medical certificate - Minimum blade B / Basic blade repair certificate - Driver’s license cat.
