This role supports internal operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating meeting spaces, handling communications, and assisting with administrative tasks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system; route calls promptly, accurately, and courteously Take and deliver messages; distribute incoming faxes as needed Receive visitors, determine purpose of visit and notify appropriate personnel Coordinate meeting spaces and related logistics Respond to frequently asked questions Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and routing information Preparate domestic and international courier shipments Provide administrative support to sales service functions, such as invoice processing and order review Additional special projects and assignments as business dictates SUPERVISORY RESPONSIB...
