What you’ll be doing: The Fulfillment Center Manager strives to accomplish three goals; to delight customers with outstanding service that exceeds their expectations, to drive cost out of the organization by creating a process and executing a plan which creates efficiency so the team can stay on task and to honor our associates ensuring that their experience tomorrow is even better than today. In this role, you will bring an entrepreneurial spirit to manage the complete operation of a multi-shift fulfillment center and lead it to success as if it were your own. You motivate and inspire frontline management and hourly associates, develop and achieve performance goals and develop productivity & accuracy targets which ensure outstanding quality control standards.
