As Director, Bid Proposal – Academia & Government , you’ll take the lead in shaping how Clarivate wins complex, high‑value business across the segment. We are seeking a high-potential leader who can stabilize a global team, improve execution, modernize processes, and become a stronger commercial partner to sales. You’ll oversee a diverse and globally distributed bid proposal group, bringing together multiple teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that align with Clarivate’s growth objectives. Working closely with senior Sales, Solution, and executive stakeholders, you’ll define the strategic direction of bid management for the segment and ensure proposal outcomes consistently support commercial success.
