Role Description Senior Pigment Consultants are responsible for working with our customers to design and build innovative EPM solutions customized to fit the needs of their business. This role will lead customer implementations and be responsible for coaching customers and internal resources on best practices and implementation skills in Pigment. Successful candidates will excel at balancing competing priorities, which include leading and model building on client engagements as well as team coaching. What You'll Do: - Review existing customer models and business processes - Facilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers. Translate user stories into executable project/sprint plans - Collaborate with clients and peers to design and deploy scalable end-to-end, solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements - Lead project team in building Pigment models in line with best practices and agile implementation framework - Apply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the technology platform throughout customer projects - Coach and develop project team members (including internal t...
