Job description

Nemours is seeking a Leave of Absence Analyst in Orlando, Florida. Primary Functions: The Leave of Absence (LOA) Analysis is a subject matter expert who provides support for internal and external partners on leave of absence and accommodation processes. They resolve escalated leave situations and lead the interactive process to find reasonable accommodations under the ADA or other applicable laws. The Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst will lead return to work efforts to get associates back to work at the earliest appropriate time consistent with an individual's strengths, abilities, capabilities, and limitations. Serve as a liaison with the third-party leave administrator and Occupational Health and Safety Officer to coordinate work accommodations for workers compensation cases, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and under the general direction and guidance of the Leave Administration Manager. This role will also be responsible for running reports and providing insights throughout data analytics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions.
