Description RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Real Estate Transaction Specialist position in the Washington, DC, area. The Real Estate Transaction Specialist will provide on-site and remote support for the Army Military Housing Group program. MHPI projects are master-planned residential communities and are located at Army Installations nationwide. The Military Housing group identifies and implements strategies that allow public sector organizations to fully leverage their real property in close alignment with their organizational missions. Further, the Military Housing group assists the Client in developing policy directives and provides various written materials to facilitate the Client and Congressional decision-making processes. Responsibilities: - Provide support to the MHPI contracts in transaction review and make recommendations on proposed transactions; determine any additional ROA requirements. - Provide project specific ROA guidance per transaction to participating Army and Lessee POCs in conformance with USACE technical requirements. - Pre-Load installation ROA packages with Programmatic information & Lead Installation Discussions. - Review Draft ROA real es...
