Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation Team at Marsh MMB. This role will be based in Poland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office. In this role you’ll be a part of The Transformation Team within European Marsh MMB structures. This Team is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across our enterprise. The team’s goal is to be strategic business partners for Senior MMB Leaders, both in Business and BCS organization, delivering world-class transformational solutions and executing plans to improve NOI by driving Financial Fitness projects entitles to increase the revenue, standardize processes, improve operational capabilities (onshore & offshore), increase operational efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure the successful implementation of change and technology projects.
