Production: Countertop Stacker

Job description

Qualifications: - Inspect tops for delamination, cracks, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown. - Collaborate with the production line to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste. - Organize the skid area, sweep buttons, dispose of miter pieces, and clean designated areas. - Complete 5S checklist. - Lift, carry, and move countertops. - Alert line coordinator about hot tops, reruns, and bad tops. - Perform autonomous maintenance checklists for saws and transfer tables. - Report issues to the supervisor before leaving. - Operate Joe and other assigned duties. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. - Proficient in computer skills. - Adhere to Code of Conduct and Attendance Policy. Physical Requirements: - Stand and lift countertops (up to 50 lbs) for 8-11 hours daily. - Work in noisy, humid, and hot conditions. - Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
