R&D Engineer This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mix of design-level intuition and rigorous testing discipline across the entire product lifecycle. The Mission: As a core member of the development team, you will bridge the gap between initial concept and market readiness. You will not only find and troubleshoot design issues but will act as a key collaborator in refining hardware and software to ensure "first-time-right" manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Full Lifecycle Ownership: Design and execute comprehensive hardware/software test plans for embedded PCB systems, managing units from early-stage prototypes (POC/EVT/DVT) through to production-ready status. Operational Excellence: Lead Quality Assurance (QA) efforts, maintain the internal Quality Management System (QMS), oversee prototype tracking, and manage hardware release controls. Hands-On Lab Leadership: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, dynamometers) to perform root cause analysis and build custom functional testers for production builds.
