Washington Trust Bank is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role provides advanced administrative, operational, and programmatic support to executive leadership and plays a key role in board support, reporting, compliance coordination, executive logistics, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly professional, and experienced working in a dynamic executive environment. Location: Washington Trust Bank Main Office, 717 W Sprague Avenue, Spokane WA, 99201 Essential Functions: Executive & Board Support - Prepare quarterly board and executive reports, including pulling financial data, compiling information from multiple business lines, and drafting executive summaries. - Serve as a liaison between the CHRO, executive leaders, board members, vendors, and external partners.
