About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our Cairns (QLD) depot. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone with solid transport or warehouse experience who values safety, teamwork, and efficiency in daily operations. Permanent full-time role with stable hours (Monday to Friday). Competitive hourly rate – $33.13 per hour. Supportive and safety-focused team culture. Opportunities for ongoing training and development. What You’ll Do: Safely and efficiently load and unload pallets from trucks and containers. Move, store, and stage general freight for interstate and regional deliveries. Check load restraints, packaging, and freight condition prior to dispatch. Handle freight carefully to avoid damage. Report any freight or equipment damage immediately to your supervisor. Support a clean, safe, and organised work environment. What You’ll Bring: Valid Forklift Licence (essential). 2+ years’ experience in transport, logistics, or warehouse operations. Experience handling palletised freight (preferred).
