Job Description: We are seeking an ABS Research Analyst to join BofA’s highly ranked Securitized Products Research team. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a group known for analytical depth, rigorous credit work, and strong engagement with institutional investors and internal partners across sales, trading, and banking. The analyst will gain hands‑on experience with ABS data, market trends, deal performance, and sector commentary across auto, credit card, consumer loan, student loan, equipment, and esoteric ABS subsectors. Key Responsibilities: Sector & Market Research - Conduct detailed research across consumer and commercial ABS sectors, analyzing credit performance, deal structures, collateral attributes, macro drivers, and issuer behavior. - Track monthly remittance data, borrower performance, new‑issuance activity, and secondary‑market spread movements. - Identify emerging themes, risks, and opportunities that shape sector‑ and deal‑level views. - Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly ABS research publications.
