Description Job Description Summary: The Beyond Faith Health & Wellness Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for ensuring that quality Speech therapy care is coordinated, managed, and delivered appropriately in a cost-effective and financially responsible manner. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: A. Provides Speech therapy services and manages patients’ Speech therapy plans of care in an outpatient setting. Related duties include, but are not limited to: B. Consults with other healthcare team members and the community, as appropriate. C.
