POSITION SUMMARY: The Driver is responsible for providing transportation services to CILE Senior Living residents. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. - Assists residents with any special needs during transportation, e.g., carrying packages, opening doors, assisting residents in and out of vehicles, etc. - Provides miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed. - Responsible for maintenance and appearance of designated vehicles. - Coordinates routine preventive maintenance as directed. - Maintains all tools, equipment, and supplies. - Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information. - Communicates any observed or suspected resident change in condition to a supervisor immediately. - Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. - Encourages teamwork through coop...
