Job Title: Assistant Director, Enrollment Data Systems Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Enrollment Data Systems (AD) is a “subject matter expert” in Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) data and business processes that support the USF Student Lifecycle. The AD collaborates with the different functional areas of SEM and within the graduate Schools and College to provide maintenance and development of the Technolutions Slate CRM system across three instances. The AD reports to the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Data Systems, CRM. Full Job Description: Job Responsibilities Provide functional Slate support for all SEM departments, including but not limited to Enrollment Operations, Undergraduate Admissions, and Enrollment Communications, as well as the graduate Schools and College. Work with SEM and applicable USF colleagues to provide reports of student data for various mailing campaigns. Configure SEM systems including Technolutions Slate and Ellucian Banner in collaboration with SEM business units.
