Integris, a division of Coastal Community Credit Union is looking for an individual to join the Member Experience Contact Centre as a Member Relations Representative 1 (MRR 1) on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful applicant will have a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday. MRR's are often the first impression of Integris for our members that reach out via phone, text, or website. For these reasons, the MRR position is incredibly important to Integris’ success. It’s not just about handling the money and finances of our members; it’s about doing so while providing stellar service – the Integris Experience. Our MRR's are highly organized, personable, and patient. Those qualities, as well as being expedient, accurate, and friendly, are basic characteristics required for success in the MRR role. Salary Range: $21.99 - $25.18 per hour.
