BROAD FUNCTION: The Legal Counsel is responsible for managing the risk profile of the business across the assigned Iberia Hub jurisdictions. The Legal Counsel is expected to engage with senior leaders within the affiliate and the International Business Unit (IBU) and to provide expert legal and ethical guidance on affiliate strategies, decisions, and activities, as well as day-to-day advice in support of multiple functions.
