Job DetailsJob Location: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 HourlySerrano Country Club – El Dorado Hills, CA Department: Food & Beverage: Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Outlet Supervisor Position Summary: The 19th Hole Server is responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and high-quality service to members and guests at the club’s 19th Hole outlet. This position operates in a quick-service environment where team members take orders at the service window, prepare beverages, deliver food when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized service area. This role also supports overall Food & Beverage operations by assisting the kitchen, bussing tables, and helping pool service staff when needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the club. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Greet members and guests and provide prompt, friendly service at the 19th Hole service window. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Prepare and serve beverages including beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with club standards. Deliver food items to guests when necessary and ensure accuracy of orders.
