The SVP, Workforce Transformation and AI Enablement is a senior People leader accountable for ensuring the firm’s workforce is ready, equipped, and supported to successfully adopt and sustain enterprise transformation driven by work reimagination, AI, automation, and global workforce evolution. This role sits at the intersection of People, the Transformation Office, and our Product and Technology teams, driving large-scale change across LPL’s workforce and talent processes to accelerate change adoption and value delivery.
