Full Job Description Location : Downtown Miami: Schedule : Must be flexible: Pay Rate : $57,000: LEAD CONCIERGE JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION SUMMARY : This position provides information to resident inquiries and coordinates all Concierge related resident requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Our Team Members have the opportunity to shape our residents’ experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our unparalleled One Thousand Museum service culture. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time non-exempt (salary) position. Days and hours of work will be determine based on the business needs of the property. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property. The current schedule requires this position to work Tuesday through Saturday.
