About the role: We are looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is not a role for someone content to pull last quarter's template and fill in new numbers — we want a first-principles thinker who questions assumptions, identifies inefficiencies, and is energized by using technology to perform financial analysis better and faster. What you'll do: You will work with the CEO on our core financial planning processes, including our annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning model. Day to day, you will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to develop budgets, track performance against plan, and surface actionable insights that drive decision-making at the executive level. Beyond the standard FP&A responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to continuously improving how we work — potentially building scalable, automated reporting and modeling solutions that reduce manual effort and increase analytical depth.
